Day 2477 | Couch Day & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was not the most productive day as I layed on my couch either watching some youtube or playing a game for way too long. I also didn't fully eat properly as I went out to get a fresh Pizza. However I do plan to to make the weekend into somewhat of a fasting period to hopefully be back below 70kg by monday when I will rejoin hot yoga classes.

I did in the evening go out for a walk which got me to over 10k steps on the day which at least is something.
