Day 2475 | Tennis & Breakfast Shopping

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm still staying in bed too long and I pretty much walked out of my bed to instantly go play tennis on Wednesday which turned out to be a fun hour session where I had good form. We stayed to have a drink afterward before I headed back home. I got some work done in the afternoon and made some arragements with my oldest niece who will stay over the night on Thursday along with a friend as they are going out in the city where I live.

So I went to the supermarket to go breakfast shopping bringing home some yoghurt and fruit juice. With my disciplne though getting it a day in advance was too early as I ate it all myself by now. So I will have to go buy some more on Thursday.

Aside from this there were 2 football matches in the evening which didn't fully go as planned and were hard to follow at the same time. I played some balatro also before going to bed.

While I ate 'healthy', I also just ate too much with some noodles, Mais Crackers with Peanut butter, yoghurt and fruit juice.

Previous Day Goals: It was not the most active / health eating day but overall it was still ok. I went to bed a bit later was I plan to stay up until my oldest niece gets to my apprtment to sleep over in the night. I got to 6620 steps on the day.
