Day 2471 | Regular Football Watching Saturday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was a pretty regular weekend day where most of my focus was on the 3 football matches which turned out pretty well when it comes down to betting. I wasn't too active elsewhere playing some Splinterlands also and Balatro which I'm kind of hooked on again since I installed it on my ipad. I did take a short walk to the supermarket but didn't exagerate in the unhealthy eating with an eye to fully cut again starting next week. I'm now sitting around 71kg which is actually not all that bad as I was around 74kg some weeks before going on my ski trip.

New Day Plans: More football on Sunday and I aim to get myself mentally ready to go for it again on Monday this time hopefully for a longer period of time to actually make a big difference and get a fundamental habit change.
