Day 2263 | Football Sunday

Sunday was pretty packed with football watching and I continue to highly enjoy it. I remained stuck however in the loop of '1 more bad eating day' and I'm quite confident now that Sunday was the last one as I do really feel it in my body now. So this week (once again) I aim to make it all about fully switching my eating habits starting on Monday.
40-Day Weight Exercises
I aim to do some exercises daily on top of the hot yoga classes and make them add up over time. I still devide them in press, squat, Pull, Crunch, and Plank to work the entire body. I also will count my daily steps and aim to do 8k+ on average.

New Day Goals: I aim to eat little to nothing on Monday and get my bookkeeping done either joining a 60-minute hot yoga session or take a walk. Maybe in the evening I might watch a movie as I have plenty of them lined up.
