For user A I'd say it depends on what you are rewarding them for. If it is just for their threads, then I'd say that's fine. If the rewards are for their longform, then I'd say no. User A doesn't attribute her work either and the format is nearly identical to User B's.

For user B, I think her actions prove the accusation and since they are, by all indications abandoning the account, they shouldn't receive any rewards.
