Why vaccine conspiracies spread and how they harm us

When it comes to Vaccination, there is distrust because of how the government treats the citizens, no good roads, no good hospitals, the basic amenities are not well provided for, yet when it comes to vaccination, the government takes it so seriously and wants all the citizens to take part in it...
What if it is a way to depopulate the country? They can't be trusted, which is one of the reasons many people refrain from getting the COVID-19 vaccine.
Social media made it easier to spread rumours, during Covid19 vaccine, there was a rumour that one of the top richest men in the world funded the production of the vaccines and the intent was to reduce the world population, the rumour spread like a wild fire and even if it is not true, who would want to risk it after reading or hearing such a thing, I heard about it too and didn't take a chance at it.
I heard that the vaccines were also made compulsory for people travelling out of the country, which further strengthens my decision not to take it because why force people to take it, but then I understand better now and know they are not planning to depopulate the country, they have the best interest of humanity in heart and they only trying to make sure our immune system is strong enough to fight the virus.

Vaccination is very important, and anyone against it is not ready to be a parent cos our babies are to take many vaccines which protect them against different kinds of diseases like Tuberculosis, chicken pox, measles and many others. Preaching against such vaccines or spreading rumours that the government is trying to reduce the natality rate will result in what they are trying to avoid if people believe the rumour and refuse to get their kids vaccinated.
I have taken some vaccines in the past, but I don't even know what they were meant for. Health practitioners landed in my school and started injecting the students in their arms. No way to escape because they keep records of students who have taken the vaccines. You need to see how students were crying out of fear that it would be painful, but immediately they give them, they stop crying lol.
If there is a need to get vaccinated now, I will take it as long as there is no bad intent behind it. If any rumour spreads about the vaccine, I will take my time to observe before I make a decision on either taking or rejecting it.

I remember working as a vaccine agent one time when money was needed. I was working for the FG and I was so surprised to see the distrust in people's eyes when we approached them. Even schools were first skeptical of allowing us to give vaccines to the kids and I understand. Some people were welcoming, while others said they would rather go to the hospital to get it.
I believe it's because of the rumors people have heard and some of them have seen worse; that's why.

Yeah they surely did a lot of harm by pushing the covid vaccine, I'm in Europe but it was the same here.. many peoples have their eyes opened now because indeed, why push it so hard?
Negative consequence is many people now distrust vaccines in general, even the ones that have been around for decades...

Africans will always try to protect themselves because we seem to have the belief that people are out to kill us which can be true and also not true.
But at the end of the day, we all want to just protect ourselves. I’ve equally been jabbed so many times in school, but with my parents consent so as to prevent double vaccination. But now that I’ve taken the Covid vaccine and with the speculations around, I’m starting to think twice about it.

Yes, Burl. I took lots of vaccines as a child then and even though I don't understand what it meant, today, I understand and it is something I wouldn't want to ignore, especially when it comes to my children because vaccination is very important to prevent one from diseases.

Hmmm! That was actually the rumors we hard when COVID-19 vaccine came out. That is also why people don't want to take it serious. Maybe they want to reduce our population. Only God will help us.

The rumors during the COVID-19 was serious. Some people even said that anyone who takes the vaccine will die after three years😅😅😅
Not knowing what some vaccines are for is one thing that can discourage future use too.

Vaccination is very important from all the perspective as long as a vaccine is fully safe and secure for us. In case of other vaccines I don't have any doubts but when it comes to covid-19 vaccine I have doubt. Instead of it I were forced to take it because I needed to attend exam.
