My name is Jairus Bulus Ishi. I hail from Taraba state in Nigeria, born into a family of six boys and one girl; we are seven in number. I was Born in a village in Taraba state named Garin kulla. My family moved to port Harcourt in 1998 and stayed in Bori camp Barracks, but moved back to the village in 2011 when my dad lost his job.

Returning back to the village, we were faced with difficulties, life became very difficult and almost unbearable. I was still in Junior secondary School then and had to walk miles to attend school in a neighbouring village miles away from my village.

Most of the time I had to stay in the other village just to be in school early the next day and days turned to weeks at times.

This situation challenged me and I began to work hard in school and finally, I made it to the university, federal University wukari in Taraba state where I studied history and diplomatic studies.

I graduated in 2024 and I'm currently serving as a corper in sokoto state.

My hobbies are: I love music and public speaking. I love music because it gives me so much joy! whenever I am singing it makes me feel so happy and I enjoy it.

I love public speaking because it's an opportunity to impact knowledge to people.

I love it when people get to know more and grow in their area of interest.

I don't like the habit of laziness, I wish everyone can be hard working and smart as well. it has a way of helping the mind do things in a more organized way.

I love Jesus Christ above every other thing. I am a Christian that has high respect for the things amd values of the kingdom of God.

Let me talk about my family in a bit: my Father is still alive but resides in my village which I earlier stated. He is a farmer and a pastor, he loves working for the gospel of Christ.

He is so patient and loving. My dad took out time to teach us the ways of the Lord Jesus Christ,
My dad loves being alone, always reading and praying to the lord Jesus Christ.

My mom is also in the village with my dad, she's loving, when my dad lost his job she took all the responsibilities like, paying our school fees and feeding us too. I remembered when she took one of her expensive wrapper to my younger brother's school just to plead with the principal so they could attend school.

That was how much she wanted us to progress in life. She's a caring and loving mother, I love her just the way I love my dad. She's one of the best things that happened to me.

My elder brother Isreal Bulus Ishi is the first born of my family. He is a very good young man who loves music too just like me.
He gets angry easily that's one of his major challenge currently but he is very generous and kind and still single.

Marshall Bulus Ishi who is my immediate elder brother is a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Lagos. He is my best man in the family; we do things together and that's because we understand each other better. I respect him so much, and he is the most intelligent in my family.

I also have three younger brothers: Omichi Bulus Ishi, Daniel Bulus Ishi and Emmanuel Bulus Ishi. These are great people that always look out for me, they are selfless and they can do anything to put a smile on your face I love them so much.

My younger sister who is the only girl in the family, faith Bulus Ishi, is the favorite child in the family everybody loves her. She's very intelligent just like my elder brother Marshall Bulus Ishi. She's so beautiful, but the only challenge is that she's in the village and don't have access to quality education and we are working hard to make things better.

In Conclusion my family is me and I want hive users to know that I am new and I am very open to corrections. please help me grow and also help my family; that's why am here.
