5 Florida Goldback

Goldbacks can be addicting. They're not practical for stacking gold, but the designs are fantastic! The Florida Goldbacks especially hit a home run with some of their designs. My favorite is their 5 Florida Goldback.

Gold and pirates just go together. As a bonus, they featured a female pirate, and they did a great job designing everything!

I love the tagline: "Bravely conquer the unknown".

If I remember correctly, these cost around $35. They're not cheap, but I love the designs on these. Another cool thing about them is if you're in certain parts of Florida, Nevada, or Utah, they have ATMs where you can put cash in and buy Goldbacks directly from their machines.

For pure gold weight, you really want to stack 1/4oz or 1oz gold coins or rounds. If you're looking for creative designs that you can collect, then Goldbacks have you covered!

You got right idea! The $5 & $1 faces! But I regret buying the big boys!

Honestly I regret buying so many, I wish I only bought one of each. I got stacks of 100 $1.00 from 5 states. Just not something that’s going to catch on with mainstream stackers so it’s only worth the value of tue Gold which is about half the sell price generally. Don’t get me wrong it’s fun and I think collecting is fun. Just for me was a mistake to buy so many. I think the move is don’t buy the big bills. Get one of each of the $1.00 face & $5.00 face. I never should I’d bought a $100 face. It is just a small amount of the gold community who will pay the same premium on a resale. I’m just buying coins. Maybe a couple $1 face backs going forward. !PIZZA
