#MyHiveGoals week #2: Reaching 1800 HBD in savings and new goals in the second layer of hive [Eng/Esp]
What's up, Hive community! Continuing our journey of constant growth on this amazing blockchain, I decided to post my second #MyHiveGoals report this wonderful Sunday evening, which inspired me to write these lines to share some achievements I thought were impossible to reach and new goals I've set for myself on Hive's second layer—a real challenge, I'd say, but I'll tell you more about it later. Today marks our third consecutive Sunday of posting; writing has become a habit for me, and when it comes to sharing my achievements on Hive, it's something I really enjoy.
I've spent this third week at home again, doing very little of my teaching activities. The situation in Venezuela remains uncertain, and some students haven't been able to return from the interior of the country yet, so we're still deciding whether to hold classes online or switch to in-person instruction. We might opt for a hybrid model for theoretical subjects this coming week, but the lab sessions will have to wait. This is why I haven't returned to the classroom; the teaching labs aren't scheduled to reopen for now, and that's why I've had time to dedicate to writing on Hive and following up on various blockchain projects and DAPs.
Hive/HP
Okay, let's begin with our progress on Hive and HP. To start, I'd like to point out that the price of Hive has once again fallen below $1. I had already read several posts online predicting a price correction after it hovered around $0.109-$0.110 this past week. I was really excited because I thought we would finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it seems we are still a long way from seeing a significant price recovery.

I bought Hive at $0.109 thinking it couldn't go any lower, and boy, has it dropped! For now, we just have to wait, although my purpose with these Hive liquids I bought was to do my daily power-ups and the #HPUD in the first few days of the month, so I don't have any speculative intentions with Hive at the moment. Regarding HP, we are already close to reaching 8000 HP, which was our original goal for 2025, and proceeding to 12000 HP, which is our goal of 12000 HP by the end of 2026. On average, we are generating a little over 75 HP each week, so we just have to maintain the pace, continue with the daily power-ups and the #HPUD to achieve this goal.

HBD Savings
As for HBD savings, I'm quite happy because I finally reached my 2025 goal: 1,800 HBD in stakes. It wasn't an easy goal, but seeing it achieved gives me great satisfaction. It was just this week that I managed to gather the remaining 8 HBD needed to complete the goal. I thought I wouldn't make it, but now we can rest easy and focus on our 2026 goal of 2,300 HBD.

I also want to emphasize the importance of that percentage of interest that can be claimed every 30 days. It's an element that has helped me generate the snowball effect that has brought me to where I am now. It's a fundamental piece of my strategy that complements the 50% rewards in the form of HBD on posts, and after 2 years I can say that it's worth considering HBD as a savings strategy for potential long-term projects.
My goal with BBHO
Now I want to share one of the decisions I've been considering for several weeks: whether or not to start this project. After weighing the costs and benefits, I realize it's a very worthwhile project. I'm referring in general terms to the project of our esteemed @bradleyarrow BBH. I had talked about this token in my first #MyHiveGoals posts. I liked his approach of a token equivalent to 1 satochi backed by Hive, but it also involves a very useful tipping bot to reward posts or, in my case, to tip the many microblogging snaps. A token that allows me to give up to 50 tips is ideal for recognizing content created through snaps or threads on Inleo.
Now, another interesting aspect of this project is the drip day that takes place every weekend. As you can see, several tokens, including Leo, Hive, and others, are available simply for holding BBH in your wallet—a great way to grow your wallet on Hive Engine. From the moment I learned about this project, I started buying BBH in large quantities, eventually reaching over 50,000 BBH, which translates into a substantial drip, in addition to giving up to 50 tips.
But then we have the BBHO token, which is the native token of the BBH project. Farming this token isn't easy; you can get it by using the #bbh tag in your posts or by buying it on HE. My interest in this token is that having a good amount of it staked adds two extra tokens to your drip: swap.btc and the alive token. The possibility of a BTC drip was enough to attract my attention, so my goal for 2026 in this project is to reach 20,000 BBHO to access this BTC drip.
My plan is long-term. I plan to buy 1,000 BBHO every Sunday. As you can see, they're quite inexpensive, but the main problem is that there isn't much supply of this token on HE, and I think the reason is that those selling are people who earn the tokens by using the #BBH tag in their posts, so there aren't many. Therefore, I will try to buy 1000 of these tokens every 7 days to allow time for more to be offered and gradually reach my goal.

This week we already have our first 1,300 BBHO tokens. It will be a real challenge because I suspect there will be times when the token supply is insufficient, but we're just starting the year, so I'm optimistic about reaching or getting very close to this goal in the first half of the year.

Continuando con nuestro viaje de crecimiento constante en esta genial blockchain, decidí hacer mi segundo reporte de #MyHiveGoals durante el este maravilloso atardecer de domingo que me ha inspirado a escribir estas lineas para compartirles algunos logros que sentía imposible alcanzar y nuevas metas que me he planteado en la segunda capa de hive, un verdadero desafío diría yo pero ya les comentaré con más detalle. Ya hoy sumamos nuestro 3er domingo consecutivo publicando, ya escribir se ha convertido en un hábito para mi y cuando se trata de compartir mis logros en hive, es algo que disfruto bastante.
Esta tercera semana la ha vuelto a pasar en casa, he hecho muy poco de mis actividades docentes, la situación en Venezuela sigue siendo incierta y hasta ahora hay estudiantes que no han logrado regresar del interior del país así que estamos por decidir si las clases las impartiremos finalmente online o si se pasa a una modalidad presencial, es posible que esta semana que empiece nos decidamos por un esquema mixto en asignaturas teóricas pero las de laboratorio si van a tener que esperar. Esta es la razón por la que no me he reincorporado, los laboratorios docentes no está programado para abrirlos por ahora y es por eso que he tenido tiempo de dedicarle a la escritura en hive y hacerle seguimiento a los distingos proyectos y daps en la blockchain.

Ok, comencemos con nuestro avance en Hive y HP, para empezar me gustaría destacar que nuevamente el precio de hive cayó por debajo de 01$, ya había leído a varios compañeros en la red que preveían una corrección del precio después de estar a precios que rondaban loas 0,109-0,110$ esta semana que terminó, la verdad que estaba emocionado porque pensé que por fin veríamos la luz al final del túnel pero por lo visto aún estamos muy lejos de ver una recuperación significativa del precio.

Yo compre hive a un precio de 0.109$ pensando que no podría bajar más y vaya que ha bajado más, por ahora solo nos queda esperar aunque mi propósito con estos hive líquidos que compré fue para hacer los power up diarios y el #HPUD en los primeros días del mes, así que no tengo por ahora intenciones especulativas con hive. En cuanto a HP ya estamos próximos a llegar a los 8000 de HP que era nuestra meta original para el 2025 y proceder a los 12000 HP que es nuestra meta de 12000 HP para finales de 2026, en promedio estamos generando poco más de 75 Hp cada semana así que solo tenemos que mantener el ritmo, continuar con los power up diarios y los #HPUD para materializar esta meta.

Ahorros HBD
En cuanto a los ahorros en HBD estoy bastante contento porque finalmente cerré mi meta del 2025: 1800 HBD en stake no fue una meta fácil pero verlo concretado me da una gran satisfacción. Fue esta semana que justo pude reunir esos 8 HBD que faltaban para completar la meta, pensé que no lo lograría pero ya podemos estar tranquilos y pensar en nuestra meta para el 2026 de 2300 HBD.

También quiero remarcar la importancia de ese % de interés reclamable cada 30 días, es un elemento que me ha ayudado a generar esa bola de nieve que me ha llevado hasta donde estoy ahora, es una pieza fundamental de mi estrategia que complementa ese 50% de recompensas en forma de HBD en las publicaciones y después de 2 años puedo decir que vale la pena plantearse el HBD como una estrategia de ahorro para potenciales proyectos a largo plazo.
Mi meta con BBHO
Ahora quiero comentarles una de las decisiones que estuve meditando por varias semanas si me proponía o no iniciar este proyecto y después de pensar los costos y beneficios me doy cuenta que es un proyecto bastante conveniente. Me refiero en líneas generales al proyecto de nuestro estimado @bradleyarrow BBH, sobre este token había hablado en mis primeros post de #MyHiveGoals me gustó su planteamiento de un token equivalente a 1 satochi respaldado por hive, pero también involucra un bot de propinas bastante útil para recompensar publicaciones o en mi caso para dar propinas a los snaps de microbloging que son muchos y un token que me permite dar hasta 50 propinas es ideal para reconocer el contenido que se crea mediante snaps o thread en inleo.
Ahora el otro aspecto interesante que tiene este proyecto es el día de goteo que se lleva acabo cada fin de semana y como pueden ver son varios tokens entre ellos Leo, Hive y otros solo por tener bbh en tu billetera, un gran empuje para hacer crecer tu billetera en Hive Engine. Desde el primer momento que me enteré de este proyecto comencé a comprar en gran cantidad bbh hasta llegar a más de 50K de bbh, lo que se traduce en un goteo bastante sustancial, además de dar hasta 50 propinas.
Pero entonces tenemos el token BBHO que es el token nativo del proyecto BBH, farmear este token no es nada sencillo, puedes obtenerlo usando la etiqueta #bbh en tus publicaciones o comprarlo en HE. Mi interés en este token es que tener una buena cantidad de ellos en stake te suma 2 tokens extra a tu goteo: swap.btc y el token alive. La posibilidad de un goteo en btc fue suficiente para atraer mi atención, así que mi meta para este 2026 en este proyecto es alcanzar los 20K de BBHO para acceder a este goteo de btc.
El plan que tengo es a largo plazo, pienso comprar cada domingo una cantidad de 1000 BBHO, como puedes ver son bastante económicos, pero el principal problema es que no hay mucha oferta de este token en HE y creo que la razón es porque quienes venden son personas que ganan los tokens por usar la etiqueta #BBH en sus publicaciones, así que no es mucho. Por eso trataré de comprar la cantidad de 1000 de estos tokens cada 7 días para dar tiempo a que se oferten más y gradualmente alcanzar mi meta.

Ya con esta semana tenemos nuestros primeros 1300 tokens BBHO, será un verdadero desafío porque sospecho que habrá momentos en que la oferta del token sea insuficiente pero estamos empezando el año así que soy optimista de alcanzar o acercarme bastante a esta meta en el primer semestre del año.
Bien amigos, esta ha sido mi actualización de #MyHiveGoals amigos, son metas desafiantes pero se siente genial cuando las concretas. Particularmente el diseñar una estrategia que pasivamente genere hive por holdear una batería de tokens de segunda capa me interesa mucho para ayudar a crecer mi billetera bajo la forma de HP y con él mi poder de voto. Felicidades por tu logro a inicios de este año nuevo. Esos son los resultados de la constancia y el gran esfuerzo que ha dado durante todo este tiempo y sin descanso. Está interesante todo lo que menciona sobre los tokens BBH y BBHO. También tengo pensado comprar algunos tokens e irlos acumulando con el tiempo.
Muy interesante está información realmente había visto el token pero no había prestado atención
