#MyHiveGoals initiative report: Last #HPUD of the year and second-to-last #HPUM. Progress on my HBD savings [Eng/Esp]
Hello community! Happy start to the week! I hope you are all in good health and full of optimism to welcome this last month of the year, which coincidentally falls on a Monday, the day I share my #MyHiveGoals of the week. So, this Monday, December 1st, the first thing we'll talk about is our community event, the Hive Power Up Day or #HPUD. Last month I wasn't able to share my November power-up due to lack of time. I've already started my teaching activities and it's been difficult to organize my time, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to share what would be our last power-up of the year.
As you can see, this is the power-up I needed to complete the 12 #HPUDs for the year. I hadn't shared this in my first #MyHiveGoals reports because I wanted to wait for this moment to finally achieve this year's goal: the 12 Hive Day 1s in 2025! I started participating in this initiative this year, since last year I focused on growing my HBD savings to take advantage of the 15% APR, so I practically didn't do any Hive Day 1s in 2024.

For all my Day 1 power-ups, I've blocked 11 hives. I'm considering increasing the number of hives for HPUD next year because I'm interested in reducing my KE as much as possible. It's been at 1.74 for over a month now, and even though I power up daily, it hasn't moved from that value. This means I need to rethink my second Hive achievement, the Hive Power-Up Month (#HPUM), which means I have to power up every day of the month.
The #HPUM is a bigger challenge because my goal was to power up every day of the year. After yesterday, we already have the #HPUM for November. It hasn't been easy; it requires planning and having enough liquid Hive. The good news is that I have enough for the entire month of December, but I'm still thinking about continuing with this goal into 2026 because it's been quite arduous to achieve the daily power-ups. However, the effort is certainly worthwhile since the reward for achieving it is a certain amount of delegated HP that increases as you string together more days of power-ups.
In short, we've already reached 7000 HP between this HPUD and the daily power-ups. The trend and our objective are clear: to continue cultivating our voting power. Let's see what this December holds. The truth is, I think it will be difficult to reach my goal of 8000 HP because I'll most likely be attending classes and doing experiments, but I'll still do my best to try to reach the goal.

HBD
The HBD (Hourly Daily Bonus) is a process I've been working on since the beginning of 2024. I initially wanted to test that 20% APR (Average Percentage Rate), and although it dropped to 15%, it's still a very good percentage. Since then, I've accumulated 1660 HBD, and today I have over 11 HBD from last week's posts. But the most important thing is the 23,544 HBD resulting from our interest in what we have locked.
In case you didn't know, you receive monthly interest generated by the HBD you have locked. This allows you to implement a compound interest strategy, adding the HBD generated with that 15% APR to your savings, thus creating a snowball effect. Using this strategy, I'm only 5 HBD away from reaching 1,700 HBD. My goal was to reach 1,800 HBD, and I think that, considering the interest generated, we'll reach at least 1,850 HBD by the end of the year. We will continue to monitor the progress of this parameter in the coming weeks.

We've already reached 50% of my Hive goals; we'll see if we can achieve the other 50%, which is focused on 8,000 HP and 1,800 HBD. Hola comunidad! Feliz inicio de semana, espero que se encuentren bien de salud y llenos de optimismo para recibir este último mes del año que casualmente ha coincidido con el día lunes, que es cuando comparto #MyHiveGoals de la semana. Siendo entonces este lunes 1ero de diciembre por supuesto que de lo primero que vamos hablar de de nuestro evento de comunidad el hive power up day o #HPUD, el mes pasado no había podido compartirles mi encendido de Noviembre por falta de tiempo, ya empecé mis actividades de docencia y me esta costando organizar mi tiempo, pero no quise perder la oportunidad de compartir el que sería nuestro último encendido del año.
Como pueden ver este es el encendido que necesitaba para completar los 12 #HPUD del año. No se los había compartido en mis primeros reportes de #MyHiveGoals ya que quería esperar este momento donde finalmente concreto esta meta del año: los 12 encendidos del 2025! Mi participación en esta iniciativa la comencé precisamente este año, ya que el año pasado me dediqué fue en hacer crecer mis ahorros en HBD para aprovechar el 15% de APR, así que prácticamente no hice ningún encendido el 2024.

Para todos mis encendidos del día 1 he bloqueado 11 hives, estoy pensando si el año que viene incremento la cantidad de hive para los HPUD, porque me interesa reducir todo lo más que pueda el KE, ya tengo más de 1 mes con ese índice en 1.74 y aunque hago encendidos diarios no se ha movido de ese valor. Eso significará que debo replantear mejor el segundo logro de hive que es el hive power up month #HPUM y eso significa que debo hacer power up todos los días del mes.
El #HPUM es un reto mayor porque la meta que me propuse fue hacer encendidos todos días del año, después de ayer ya tenemos el #HPUM del mes de noviembre, no ha sido una tarea sencilla, requiere de planificación y de contar con los hive líquidos. La buena noticia es que tengo los suficientes para el mes de diciembre completo, pero aún estoy pensando si continuar con esta meta para el 2026 porque ha sido bastante arduo lograr los encendidos diarios, aunque ciertamente el esfuerzo vale la pena ya que la recompensa por lograrlo es cierta cantidad de Hp delegado que se incrementa a medida que encadenes más días haciendo power ups.
En resumen, ya alcanzamos los 7000 Hp entre este HPUD y los power up diarios, la tendencia y nuestro objetivo es claro seguir cultivando nuestro poder de voto. Vamos a ver que nos depara este mes de diciembre, la verdad es que veo complicado llegar a mi meta de los 8000 Hp porque muy seguramente estaré atendiendo clases y haciendo experimentos, pero igual haré mi mayor esfuerzo para tratar de alcanzar la meta.

HBD
El HBD si es un proceso que he estado labrando desde comienzos del 2024, quería poner a prueba en principio ese 20% de APR y aunque bajo a 15% sigue siendo un porcentaje demasiado bueno. Desde entonces, hasta ahora he acumulado 1660 HBD y hoy tengo acumulado más de 11 HBD de las publicaciones de la semana pasada, pero lo más importante son esos 23,544 HBD producto de nuestro interés por lo que tenemos bloqueado.
Por si no lo sabías, mensualmente recibes los intereses generados por los HBD que tengas bloqueados, esto te permite realizar una estrategia de interés compuesto, sumando los HBD generados con ese 15% de APR a tus ahorros y generando así un efecto de bola de nieve. mediante esta estrategia quedé a solo 5 HBD de llegar a los 1700 HBD. Mi meta era llegar a los 1800 HBD, creo que al menos y considerando lo que generen los intereses estaremos llegando a 1850 HBD al final de año. Seguiremos el progreso de este parámetro en las próximas semanas.

Y bien amigos con esto cierro por ahora #MyHiveGoals de esta semana, no profundicé en el estado de mis tokens de segunda capa, porque me quería enfocar en los logros de hive y HBD. Ya hemos cubierto el 50% de mis metas en hive, ya veremos si podemos lograr el otro 50% centrado en los 8000 Hp y los 1800 HBD, por lo pronto solo me queda desearles éxito, fortuna y que sus proyectos lleguen a buen término. You are doing great with your goals and achieving them. I'm so impressed with how you work hard to achieve your goals. I would like to achieve the aspects of Hbd savings so that I will be getting returns on them. I will be more intentional about it starting from next year, Jan 2026
