My Progress in Splinterlands: Opening Foundations & Gladius Packs - Social Media Challenge [Eng/Esp]

Hey, Splinterlands and Hivers friends! It's already September, and we've noticed some major changes in the game that have been received with great enthusiasm by the community. I'm referring to the new Ranked Frontier, which has been a great decision to attract new players and veterans alike. I loved the way it was introduced where we start with the Foundations cards we get in campaign mode. So it's been a way to start from scratch in a game mode without so many complex abilities and with a small number of cards, which favors a better understanding of the game for beginners.

Ya estamos en septiembre y hemos notado importantes cambios en el juego que han sido recibido con gran entusiasmo por la comunidad, me estoy refiriendo al nuevo ranked Frontier que se ha convertido en una acertada decisión para atraer a los nuevos jugadores y a los veteranos también, me ha encantando la forma en la que se introdujo donde partimos con las cartas foundations que conseguimos en el modo campaña, así que ha sido una manera de partir de cero en un modo de juego sin tantas habilidades complejas y un número pequeño de cartas que favorece una mejor comprensión del juego para los iniciados.
Frontiers
In this summary of my progress in the game, I want to start with some great news: I had unknowingly won a common Black Foil card in the raffles held in Frontiers! I had completely ignored this issue, I was focused on completing my wins, revealing chests, opening packs and strengthening my deck to climb the league, completely ignoring these tokens with each reward claim.
En este resumen de mi avance en el juego, quiero comenzar con una genial noticia, sin saberlo me había ganado una carta común lámina negra en los sorteos que se realizan en Frontiers! Había ignorado por completo este tema, estaba enfocado en completar mis victorias, revelar cofres, abrir paquetes e ir fortaleciendo mi mazo para subir en la liga ignorando por completo estas fichas con cada reclamo de recompensas.
It's a great addition to our deck, but unfortunately, I suspect the value of these cards will decrease over time. The reason is that although these cards are at their maximum level, we must remember that they are capped at the maximum level of the Silver League, so the cap for this common card is 5. The other drawback is that they cannot be used in lands since they don't produce anything, so their use is apparently limited to the ranked format. In any case, it's a great prize, and we welcome it.
Es una gran incorporación a nuestro mazo pero lamentablemente sospecho que el valor de estas cartas ira bajando de precio con el tiempo, la razón es que aunque estas cartas están a su máximo nivel, hay que recordar que están capadas al máximo de la liga de plata, por lo que el techo de esta carta común es 5 y el otro inconveniente es que no pueden usarse en lands ya que no producen nada, por tanto su uso esta aparentemente limitado al formato ranking. En cualquier caso es un gran premio y lo recibimos con agrado.
Now returning to our progress in Frontiers, we've received a large number of cards and have managed to advance through the three leagues: Bronze, Silver, and Gold III! At this point, I've had enormous difficulty keeping up since I've received very few summoners. So, most of them are at level 1.
Ahora volviendo con nuestro progreso en Frontiers, nos han salido gran cantidad de cartas y hemos logrado avanzar a través de las 3 ligas, bronce, plata, hasta llegar a oro III! En este punto he tenido enormes dificultades para mantenerme ya que me han saludo muy pocos invocadores. Así que la mayoría de ellos están en nivel 1.

Right now, I'm a long way from having most of my archons at level 2. Only the life archon got to level 2, and that was just yesterday! The next one to reach the next level is the water archon, and I still have several copies left. The reason I've made it this far in ranked play has been the addition of powerful legendary cards like Mystic Scaleweaver and A'lan Musketeer, which I already reviewed in a previous social media. But recently, we've gotten other epic cards like Asel Alagosdil and Wild Horse Tamer, which have bolstered my deck, allowing me to create successful strategies when mana is extremely low.
Por ahora estoy muy lejos de tener la mayoría de mis arcontes en nivel 2, solo el arconte de vida lo lleve a nivel 2 y eso fue apenas ayer! El próximo en llegar al siguiente nivel es el arconte de agua, de resto aún me faltan varias copias, la razón por la que he llegado tan lejos en el ranked ha sido la incorporación de poderosas cartas legendarias como Mystic Scaleweaver y A'lan Musketeer que ya reseñé en un social media anterior. Pero recientemente hemos obtenido otras cartas épicas como Asel Alagosdil y Wild Horse Tamer han reforzado mi mazo permitiéndome crear exitosas estrategias cuando el mana es extremadamente bajo.

In this battle, you can see a difficult battle I had with a Level 3 Archon, but one that I was able to deal with by properly placing each of the Legendary and Epic monsters on the battlefield. In fact, this was the battle that took me to Gold League III. The interesting thing is that from this league on, you start getting Foundations packs with 5 cards, and from what I'll show you below, one of them is sure to be a rare card.
En esta batalla puedes ver una difícil batalla que tuve con un arconte lvl 3 pero que pude lidiar con ella colocando de forma adecuada cada uno de los monstruos legendarios y épicos en el campo de batalla. De hecho esta fue la batalla que me llevo hasta la liga de oro III. Lo interesante es que a partir de esta liga comienzas a obtener Foundations packs con 5 cartas y por lo que te mostraré a continuación 1 de ellas es seguro que sea una carta rara.

After completing the 5 battles, you are rewarded with a pack, and you can do two things: the first is to sell the Foundation Pack on the secondary market or open them and wait for a Legendary card, or better yet, a Golden Legendary card. In my case, I decided to open all of these packs since I urgently need those Archons at Level 2 or higher to improve my deck.
Al completar las 5 batallas te recompensan con un pack y puedes hacer 2 cosas, la primera es vender el pack foundation en el mercado secundario o abrirlos y esperar alguna carta legendaria o mejor legendaria dorada. En mi caso decidí abrir todos estos packs ya que necesito urgentemente esos arcontes en nivel 2 o superior para mejorar mi mazo.
Just in the last pack I opened I got the fire legendary, I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but in short I have almost all the most useful epic and legendary cards, I'm only missing the earth legendary which is a real concrete wall due to the large amount of life it has and also the life but that card is not so crucial. My real interest focuses on the archons since I've realized how useful they are in modern ranked, if I were to have them at level 4 I would have no problems performing in the modern silver I league as long as they are high mana games.
Justo en el último pack que abrí conseguí la legendaria de fuego, aún no he tenido la oportunidad de probarla, pero en resumen tengo casi todas las cartas épicas y legendarias más útiles, solo me falta la legendaria de tierra que es un verdadero muro de concreto por la gran cantidad de vida que tiene y también el de vida pero esa carta no es tan crucial. Mi verdadero interés se enfoca en los arcontes ya que me he dado cuenta de su gran utilidad en el ranked moderno, si las llegara a tener en nivel 4 no tendría problemas para desenvolverme en la liga de plata I moderno siempre y cuando sean partidas de mana amplio.
This week we wrapped up our most recent Guild Battle, which was very close, to be honest. I only managed to win three battles, and they were really tough. The good thing is that we still managed to consolidate our guild's first place in this difficult Guild Battle. Since the merit pool is quite generous, we'll invest 6K in three packs and see how our luck is today.
Esta semana cerramos nuestro más reciente encuentro de clanes, muy cerrada la verdad, solo pude ganar 3 batallas y fueron realmente duras. Lo bueno es que aún así logramos consolidar el primer lugar del clan en esta difícil batalla de gremios. Como la cantidad de méritos es bastante generosa, invertiremos 6K en 3 packs y ver como esta nuestra suerte hoy.

It's always great when you find legendary cards in your Gladius Cases! This one in particular adds to the six copies I already have. Getting this legendary to level 4 is going to be a truly significant challenge, as five copies are required to reach level 4, but you know what they say about long and arduous goals: you just need to take the first step.
Siempre es genial cuando encuentras cartas legendarias en tus gladius cases! Esta en particular se suma a las 6 copias que ya tengo. Llevar esta legendaria a nivel 4 va a ser un reto verdaderamente significativo ya que son necesarias 5 copias para pasar al nivel 4 pero ya sabes lo que dicen de las metas largas y arduas: solo necesitas dar el primer paso.

The good thing was that we finally reached 60 copies of Relenor Cleaver to get her to level 6, leaving us with only two cards left at level 5: Orella Abadon and Cutter Brieze. Getting them to level 6 would be the first part of a larger effort to get these gladius to level 7 and be able to use them at level 7 in Gold League with Epic Archons! These Rift Watchers Archons are very well priced, and I already have two of them at max level: Fire and Dragon.
Lo bueno fue que finalmente alcanzamos las 60 copias de Relenor Cleaver para llevarla a nivel 6 ya solo nos quedan 2 cartas en nivel 5: Orella Abadon y Cutter Brieze. Tenerlas en nivel 6 sería la primera parte de un esfuerzo mayor que consiste en llevar estas gladius a nivel 7 y poder usarlas a nivel 7 en la liga de oro con arcontes épicos! Estos arcontes Rift Watchers están a muy buen precio y ya tengo 2 de ellos al máximo nivel: fuego y dragón.
Well, friends, this was my summary of achievements and progress in both Frontiers and the most recent Clan Battle. For now, my time is focused on the Frontiers and Brawls formats. They're the most fun formats in the game so far. I need to pay more attention to the Wild format, since I pay 2K in Dec biweekly, and I need to recoup that investment in Sps within the season. Bien amigos este fue mi resumen de logros y progresos tanto en Frontiers como en la más reciente batalla de clanes, por ahora mi tiempo esta enfocado en el formato Frontiers y Brawls, son hasta el momento los formatos más divertidos dentro del juego. El formato wild debo ponerle mayor atención ya que son 2K en Dec que pago quincenalmente y necesito recuperar en sps esa inversión dentro del tiempo que dura la temporada, pero pronto hare un post parecido sobre como aprovechar el formato wild adecuadamente.
