My participation in the Reflection Hunters Contest - Round #221: Panoramic Reflections [Eng/Esp]
What's up Shadow Hunters friends! We're already in the last week of May, and therefore on the threshold of my favorite season of the year: summer! I'm already planning some outings to hunt shadows and reflections. I'll use a camera instead of a cell phone to get sharper photos, but for now, I'll continue using my phone's camera, which is quite capable. In fact, it was with my phone that I was able to take the following reflection for the Reflection Hunters contest in its round #221.
I was just coming home from teaching at the Faculty and heading to the teaching labs to start preparing for the next practice session. Just as I was passing by the Dean's Office, I saw these large windows reflecting a panoramic view of the entire entrance to the faculty. It would have been great to get a reflection like that of the large mural in the Faculty of Sciences, but there are no reflective surfaces in that area.

The Dean's Office spaces are like a covered plaza. In front are the teaching laboratories, and to the right, you can see the large parking lot where I leave my car every morning when I go to work. At the end of the day, it was interesting how I discovered this reflection, since I didn't expect to find one during my time at the Faculty. Finding this reflection was an exercise in environmental perception that I'm increasingly developing.

Que tal amigos de Shadow Hunters! Ya estamos en la última semana de mayo y por tanto a las puertas de mi estación favorita del año, el verano! Ya estoy preparando algunas salidas para cazar sombras y reflejos también, usaré una cámara en lugar del celular para obtener fotografías más nítidas, pero por lo pronto continuaré usando la cámara de mi móvil que es bastante competente. De hecho, fue con mi móvil que pude tomar el siguiente reflejo para el concurso Reflection Hunters en su round #221.
Ya venía de dar clase en la Facultad y me dirigía a los laboratorios docentes para comenzar a preparar la próxima práctica, y justo cuando pasaba por el decanato vi estos grandes ventanales que reflejaban una imagen panorámica de toda la entrada de la facultad. Habría sido genial conseguir un reflejo así del gran mural de la facultad de ciencias pero no hay superficies reflectantes en esa parte.

Los espacios del Decanato son como las de una plaza cubierta, al frente están los laboratorios docentes y a la derecha puedes ver el gran estacionamiento donde dejo el carro todas las mañana cuando voy a trabajar. Al final del día fue interesante como descubrí este reflejo ya que no esperaba conseguir ninguno en mi paso por la Facultad por lo que encontrar este reflejo fue un ejercicio de percepción del entorno que cada vez estoy desarrollando más.
Bien amigos este fue mi aporte al concurso #221 de cazadores de reflejos, espero que les haya gustado y la cita es para el próximo reto donde continuaremos nuestra cacería de estos maravillosos reflejos y la historia detrás de ellas. Les deseo mucha salud y un feliz inicio de semana. Saludos.
