Golden Path Diary: Week #13 – Fishing for plot prices, resource price history, and grain/stone harvest [Eng/Esp]
Greetings, community! I almost forgot to share my Golden Path Diary. It's the steps we're carefully taking to grow through the Lands phase of Splinterlands and become great landowners from the ground up. It's not an easy goal, and that's precisely why it's called the Golden Path: a long and arduous road to success. We're approaching a month since the release of Update 1.75, which introduced three new resources: wood, stone, and iron. In my last update, I harvested my first crops on my grain plot, which I bought the day before the update, and on my epic plot, which is a quarry that produces stone.

Casi olvido compartirles mi diario de la senda dorada, son los pasos que cuidadosamente estamos dando para crecer en la fase de Lands en Splinterlands y convertirnos en grandes terratenientes desde cero. No es una meta fácil y precisamente por eso se llama senda dorada, un largo y arduo camino para llegar al éxito. Ya nos acercamos a 1 mes del lanzamiento de la actualización 1.75 que nos ha introducido 3 nuevos recursos: madera, piedra y hierro, en mi última actualización realicé las primeras cosecha en mi parcela de granos que compre un día antes de la actualización y en mi parcela épica que es una cantera que produce piedra.
Since my most valuable plot is in the Lowlands, there are two regions where I want to buy natural plots, whether common, rare, or even better, epic: Oxborough and Hamford. On the first, I have the quarry, while on the second, I have the grain farm. With the first harvest, I realized I was going to need at least two more grain plots, so I did a quick search on the market to see if I could find any at a good price, but unfortunately, plots in those regions are still very expensive. One thing I did notice, however, was that there are a lot of people putting large quantities of common natural plots up for sale. I guess it's only a matter of time before one appears, so I always keep an eye on the land markets.
Como mi parcela más valiosa esta en los territorios de Low Lands, hay 2 regiones donde quiero comprar parcelas naturales, sean comunes, raras o mejor si es épica: Oxborough y Hamford. En la primera tengo la cantera, mientras que en la segunda tengo la granja de granos. Con la primera cosecha me di cuenta que iba a necesitar al menos 2 parcelas más de granos, así que hice una rápida búsqueda en el mercado para ver si encontraba alguna a buen precio, pero lamentablemente las parcelas en esas regiones siguen muy costosas. Pero una cosa que si noté fue que hay mucha gente poniendo en venta grandes cantidades de parcelas naturales comunes, supongo que es cuestión de tiempo para que aparezca una así que siempre tengo un ojo puesto en los mercados de tierras.
Evolution in resource prices/Evolución en los precios de recursos
I've been following resource prices since the 19th and wanted to share this chart with you, tracking the price evolution for each one. Let's start with the easiest to produce/farm: grain and wood. Grain was the first resource we could farm in Lands 1.0, and the large amount of grain caused its price to plummet. Well, a similar trend can be seen with wood.
He estado siguiendo el precio de los recursos desde el día 19 y he querido compartir contigo esta gráfica donde hago un seguimiento de la evolución del precio para cada uno. Empecemos por los más sencillos de producir/farmear: Grano y madera. El grano fue el primer recurso que podíamos farmear en lands 1.0 y la gran cantidad de grano hizo que su precio se desplomara, bueno una conducta similar se observa con la madera.

Then we have stone and iron, these are the resources that cost the most to extract from the plots and therefore the scarcest. As you can see, in the first days of the update these resources were highly valued, but over time their price decreased. In both cases, the curves have almost the same trend.
Luego tenemos la piedra y el hierro, son los recursos que más cuestan extraer de las parcelas y por ende los más escasos y como pueden ver los primeros días de la actualización estos recursos se cotizaban alto pero con el paso del tiempo su precio fue decayendo, en ambos casos las curvas tienen casi la misma tendencia.

Today, the prices of all four resources appear to have reached a level of stability, although with the current financial turbulence, which has already been projected into the crypto market, I wouldn't be surprised if they drop significantly further. The truth for me is that for now, I will continue accumulating this resource. My short- and medium-term efforts will be to acquire plots of grain, and if I manage to obtain another epic plot of stone in the Lowlands at a good price, I will buy it immediately.
Al día de hoy los precios de los 4 recursos parecen haber alcanzado un piso de estabilidad, aunque con la actual turbulencia financiera y que ya se ha proyectado al mercado crypto no me sorprendería que bajen sensiblemente más. Lo cierto para mi es que por ahora seguiré acumulando este recurso, mis esfuerzos en el corto y mediano plazo serán conseguir parcelas de grano y si logro conseguir otra parcela épica de piedra en Great Lowlands a buen precio comprarla inmediatamente.

Finally, we arrive at the time to collect our resources. We begin with our newly acquired common natural plot. There are still many things to improve here. I think the most viable option would be to obtain a title to add another production device to my grain plot.
Finalmente llegamos al momento de recoger nuestros recursos, comenzamos por nuestra recién adquirida parcela natural común, aquí hay muchas cosas que mejorar todavía, creo que lo más viable sería conseguir un titulo para sumar otro artefacto de producción a mi parcela de granos.
Then we move on to our stone quarry in the Great Lowlands and collect our third round of stones. Here, I already have enough artifacts to boost my production. If there was one thing I needed to improve here, it would be the quality of the totems. However, this is something to evaluate over the long term, as they are currently very expensive. For the price of a rare totem, I could buy a rare wilderness plot.
Luego pasamos a nuestra cantera de piedra en Great lowlands y reogimos nuestra 3era ronda de piedras, aqui si ya tengo bastante artefactos para potenciar mi producción, si algo ruviera que mejorar aquí serían la calidad de los totems, pero es algo para evaluar a largo plazo ya que actualmente están muy caros, por lo que cuesta un totem raro podría comprar una parcela natural rara.
So, we've accumulated almost 787K worth of grain. This amount in such a new plot is due to the fact that we spent over 800K worth of grain we had on our Shu Vho plot, which is common and only generates wood. It's a plot that doesn't help us much right now, so I'm keeping it inactive and moving the workers to my grain plot in Hamford. While on our epic plot we have already generated almost 35K in stone which is equivalent to almost 2800 decs if we decided to sell it all today.
Así ya tenemos acumulado casi 787K en grano, esta cantidad en una parcela tan nueva se debe a que y pasamos los más de 800K en granos que teníamos en nuestra parcela de Shu Vho que es común y solo genera madera, es una parcela que por ahora no nos ayuda mucho así que la tengo inactiva y pase los trabajadores a mi parcela de granos en Hamford. Mientras que en nuestra parcela épica ya llevamos generados casi 35K en piedra lo que equivalen a casi 2800 decs si decidiéramos venderlo todo hoy.

You looking for another legendary plot in ravenwood? I have a wood leg plot in raven wood and also have a grain plot common and a death magic common as well. I am not using them and would like to trade for boosts like a leg totem, 35%-50% titles or runi or high pp cards if you are interested in acquiring more in the same tract. Would also do a plot trade if you have a leg or could get a leg grain plot in rutherford 40-6.
Im trying to get a high pp grain plot as I only have a common maxed with pp and runi,epic totem and 10% titles on it and it only produces like a bit over 4000 grain a hour want to get that production up to 7-9k on the leg plot where i had it on my leg wood plot before it switched. Also have other plots if you are interested like a stone plot epic in kithden as well as some rare iron plots and stone plots along with some common grain plots and common magic and sps occupid plots i would be willing to trade for the items i am looking for as i am trying to focus on high pp high boost plots for grain and stone right now as I have the keep in rutherford 40-6 with a epic stone running at full capacity with the boosts I have and runi as well but would love to get a leg grain going or get more boosts for the plots in my keeps territory. Also would trade for another keep.
Im only doing like 600 stone a hour right now and would like to get that at least up to a 100% totem, 50% title and if possible leg stone plot but my epic is good enough if i can get the boosts for a trade.
