I have been keeping track of land valuations and the cost of Beta cards to get them producing and they both seem to have stabilized if not bottomed. Not so long ago Magic land could be bought for $25 USD and now the cheapest is $45.

For the longest time I took no notice. When I spotted crap plots at $10, I did. Have you see them less than this?
No, I have not seen them under $10 and they have been around that price for a couple of months at least.
