Kolik z vás šlo na novoroční procházku?
Že se vůbec ptám. Podle toho, kolik jsem venku potkal lidí soudím, že doma skoro nikdo nezůstal :-).
Náhodou(?) jsem byl na procházce také. „J“ projevila přání (skoro příkaz), abych ji odvezl na návštěvu ke kamarádce a vyzvedl ji za tři hodiny.
Tři hodiny? To je dost času na malý výlet za hranice města, blesklo mi hlavou. Na nic jsem nečekal, popadl tašku s Tomem (dron) a byl připraven vyrazit.
Hlavou mi „prolétla mapa“ s místy kolem Českých Budějovic, která by stálo za tak krátký výlet navštívit. Má volba padla na údolí Vltavy a Křemžského potoka u Třísova.

Mám tu totiž malý rest z pozdně letní návštěvy. Nepovedlo se mi prvním dronem natočit z výšky zříceninu hradu Dívčí kámen ani údolí řeky Vltavy.
Teplota vzduchu byla příjemná (-3°C), vítr přijatelný (asi 4m/s), tak proč se nepokusit o let s Tomem.

I'm here for a short break from my late summer visit. I didn't manage to film the ruins of the Dívčí kámen castle or the Vltava River valley from above with my first drone.
The air temperature was pleasant (-3°C), the wind acceptable (about 4m/s), so why not try a flight with Tom.

Zrovna jsem fotil ledové sevření na Křemžském potoce, když se za mnou ozvalo:
„Mami, ten pán se chce koupat?“
„Nechce Jiříku. Jenom se snaží do toho potoka nespadnout.“

I was just taking pictures of the ice jam on the Křemžský stream when someone called out behind me:
"Mom, does that man want to swim?"
"He doesn't want to, Jiřík. He's just trying not to fall into the stream."

Stěna bývalé vodní elektrárny s letopočty, kam dosahovala při povodních hladina řeky Vltavy. V roce 1848 to bylo 2,5 metru nad úrovní původní hladiny řeky.

A samozřejmě zřícenina hradu od keltského oppida.
And of course the ruins of the castle from the Celtic oppidum.

Na tuto skálu jsem musel kdysi vylézt, abych tu natočil video a udělal pár fotek. Teď to za mne zvládl Tom bez rizika, že spadnu dolů :-)
I once had to climb this rock to shoot a video and take a few photos. Now Tom has done it for me without the risk of falling down :-)

Rozloučím se „zmrazeným pohledem“ na list, který si na konci videa „zatancoval“ pod náporem vzduchu z Tomových vrtulí.
I say goodbye with a "frozen look" at the leaf that "danced" at the end of the video under the pressure of air from Tom's propellers.
Je tu pěkně. Podle mého je to jeden z nejzajímavějších úseků řeky Vltavy v jižních Čechách. Určitě to stojí za návštěvu v různých ročních obdobích. Příroda tu dokáže „kouzlit“ :-).
It's nice here. In my opinion, it is one of the most interesting sections of the Vltava River in South Bohemia. It is definitely worth a visit at different times of the year. Nature can work its magic here :-).

Registraci mám. Lety zatím nehlásím. Ta nová "nahlašovací mapa" je děs.
Chvíli jsem stál u řeky a chvíli na protějším kopci. Na skálu, která je nad/za hradem se mi opravdu lézt nechtělo :-)
