Don't worry too much in the beginning. Stake for yourself but in when you gather a nice stake it will help others and yourself when you curate. It happens fast. 90 is a great start.
Yes, it means something, but value-wise, at the current prices, 90 LEO will probably give an upvote that's less than $0.001~ so I don't think it's noticiable, but it'll still make a difference when there are many of you showing their support.
Okay so I won't be able to claim the apr if it's below 0.001?
I don't know... Maybe you can't? But maybe it stacks up? What I know is that it's better you have more HP/LP before expecting anything noticable.
