An Original Rescue!!!

Anybody who follows my blog would know that I’m a huge fan of fiction. I watch movies and read books, and I also write them and tell stories. So, I’ve been introduced to some of the most beautiful characters who have made a significant impact in their respective worlds. It doesn’t matter whether they’re heroes or villains, what matters is that they connect to me and I enjoy the story that they tell.

Over the years, I’ve come across some pretty remarkable characters. From John Wick to Loki, and even Thanos… these are characters that have managed to make their mark, scrawling their names into the walls of history so they’ll never be forgotten. And it’ from there that I’d take one such character.

So, if I were to go missing or get kidnapped, what fictional character would I call to save me? I know that there are so many people to call, some that can simply teleport to where I am, Superman can fly at the speed of sound to save me, and John Wick will kill everyone that has anything to do with my kidnapping. And the list goes on. But then, what if I were hidden in a very complex and difficult place? I need someone who will be focused on saving me, no matter how long it takes.

When I thought about this topic, my first thought went to Klaus Mikaelson from The Vampire Diaries and The Originals TV shows. He’s a hybrid, which is a vampire and a werewolf. But he’s not just any hybrid, he’s one of the original vampires and the very first hybrid, which makes him insanely powerful. He’s the kind of person who will be willing to burn the entire world just to get what he wants.

But I’m definitely not picking Klaus. The guy daggers his own siblings for annoying him. The only person he’ll be willing to do anything for is his daughter and his babymama. Hell, even for Camille. For me, he’d only come for me if I somehow factor into his master plan of ruling the world. He could come or me, but the minute he sees something else that draws his attention, he’ll decamp quickly!

And that led me to his brother, Elijah Mikealson. This is a man of his word. He’s also an original vampire, which also makes him one of the strongest of his kind. He’s smart and he’s a skilled negotiator. He knows when to dialogue and he knows when to fight. He’s also not scared of getting his hands and two-piece suit dirty. He’s known for being fiercely loyal to everyone, especially his brother, Klaus. But even better for me, he’s known to keep his word.

People who want to get something from Klaus usually go through Elijah because they know that once he has made a promise, he’ll definitely go through with it. One way or the other. He has a long memory and he never forgets. That’s who I want coming for me. I just need him to promise that he’ll find me at all costs, then I know that no matter what, he’ll come for me. And since it’s his brother, Klaus, and the other original siblings might come along as well, just for always and forever. That’d be like getting five at the price of one!

They’re killers and they’re strong as hell! They also can’t die. Also, when you hear that an Original is after you, you’ll always live in fear, and you’ll always be on the run. Because they can hold grudges for hundreds of years. Klaus was known to kill the first son of a particular bloodline simply because of what the ancestor did to him back in the day. Another one, he wipes them all out, leaving just one living relative to continue the bloodline, to reproduce just for him to wipe them all out as well.

So, when I say I want such people on my case, I know that I’d have them. It’ll only be a matter of time, but I’ll be found. That is for sure.
