Burning Rising Star Cards - Nicking some cards to send to the lock up.... by @stickupmusic
Still focusing on the fan cards this is what we did today. We are focusing on fan cards and all were sent to @rsgraveyard2 so you can check there to see. So we spent 0.32million SB nicking some Nicholas but as you can see from the card some got away...but hey 35 of them went straight to the clinker!
DRIP DAY - BUILDING WITNESS SUPPORT - WITNESS UPDATE by @bradleyarrow
Let the hard world begin. Since I launched @thebbhproject Witness 37 dyas ago, the support has been fracking awesome sauce. I cannot thank everyone enough. But now I have to buckle down and work 10X harder and keeping that support coming in.
The easy part should be all the Hivers that own BBH tokens and get DRIPs every Saturday. The higher @thebbhproject Witness in rank, the higher the earnings so the weekly drip day gets higher payouts.
Review: Hive Chess Tourney Round 8 by @justfavour
My first game was against @masterswatch. Masterswatch and I have played 5 times since we started this tourney. Out of those 5 times, I have won three times which puts me in the lead. We both developed strong openings, but as soon as he started playing really offensive, attacking with his bishop and knight, I had to go defensive, putting my King in a tight spot. I had 8 inaccuracies, 1 mistake, and 3 blunders. He had 2 inaccuracies, 2 mistakes, and 1 blunder. He delivered a nice checkmate which I knew was inevitable. I lost my first game of the night to Masterswatch.

Fortunately things are a bit better at the Spa as the managers started to accept me as part of the team and we managed to coexist...but of course when something starts to get better another bad thing happens to stir the pot lol one of my coworkers that I thought she would stay on sick leave for a longer while came back to work and she...well let's say she's a Karen lol and I've been trying to adapt and adjust..again!

I ask because, if we look at HxH cynically, it’s a cocktail of tropes. We have two protagonists who are essentially “diamonds in the rough,” training arcs, fighting tournaments, card games, video game isekai, ridiculously strong grandpa sensei—you name it. Yet, the use of these clichés is so creative that it’s easy to overlook them at first glance. And even if you do notice, they don’t feel off-putting.
