Should NFT Be A Wise Investment For A Crypto Newbie Like Me?

Everyday I try my best to learn a thing or two on Hive and on other blogging platforms just so I can increase my crypto knowledge. Today I encountered NFTs, I have been hearing about NFTs, but never found any reason to do my research about it, but today I did. Interesting to know that there will come a day where people will pay for an image, although people have been paying for images or arts for a long time but this is the first time digitalized arts are being valued and bought. I think the reason I found it a little weird that people paid over $100k for an image is because today on the internet, we can easily right click on an image and save it on our computer and on our phones, so why would I pay for an NFT what is so special about it? So if I am getting this right, the special feature about NFTs is that they are on the blockchain? For people to be spending this high on NFTs, it means that they kind of see it as an investment. An investment people make money or lose money, heard a lot of people made a fortune from NFTs, while a lot of people lost money from NFTs, especially buying an NFT worth a lot in the past but worth a lot less later. That is really sad, I checked out opensea, which is known as the most traded NFT marketplace, and I saw a lot of NFT categories, I was so confused. What should I look out for when trying to invest on an NFT. There are a lot of NFTs and some of them are super expensive, so how do I decide? What are the things I need to look out for when buying an NFT? How much is too much when investing in an NFT?
