BRO looks into Hive and asks itself why are we here?

altcoin series.png

Introduction

I thought I would start a series of posts looking at different altcoins we are involved with. This is obviously not financial advice and I would be interested in your thoughts in the comments.

Why Hive?

This goes without saying. All of our projects exist on hive; everything we do here is literally on hive. Hive is like a marketer’s dream come true and we are sitting on a volcano. The real deal with hive is that it sports quite a few benefits to people that use us. You can write and blog and earn hive daily if you so wish. Not only can you earn from your writing, but we have an automatic community ready and waiting to read your posts.

The real selling point with hive though is free transactions. Through free transactions hive has quickly become the gaming platform of cryptocurrency where all transactions can take place on the 1st layer and not make a blind bit of difference to the accounts using them.

This is good news for large gaming projects that would like to utilise the blockchain but haven’t found a solution yet. Games hosted on Ethereum for example quickly found themselves having to build their own side chains as simple actions in their games were propelled into the 100’s of dollars. I can remember a simple withdraw from axie infinity to an exchange account sometimes costing me near $200 near the height of the bull market.

This is not a problem on hive because transactions are completely free and will always be free.

Of course, nothing is purely free and always comes at a cost. Hive supports one of the largest blue chip crypto games in the cryptocurrency sphere. Splinterlands. Splinterlands makes millions of transactions per day for their game to the blockchain. This works through the usage of resource credits, and resource credits are the building blocks of hive. The more hive power you have staked, the more resource credits you have. Meaning large games will have to essentially “buy in” to stay active and lock up a considerable amount of hive.

Through this hive will see (and has been seeing) slow price appreciation over time. Eventually, this will meet a nexus where hive inflation will be almost gobbled up daily by all the games, projects and businesses that exist on hive.

That means that bloggers and people that use hive for writing, art, music, and regular sharing will see a massive reward increase eventually which will in turn bring more people to hive.

Hive will have its day for sure. Get involved now before it’s too late.

Nice and smooth also trying to build on hive. It has everything a developer needs at a subsides rate

Hive is pretty awesome. I've been involved with quite a few blockchains over the past five years and Hive is the one that I always keep coming back to. I could handle taking losses in the other chains, but Hive is the one that would totally devastate me if it went under.

With Aggy talking about their coming platform onboarding web 2 games that already have 10 of millions of users, Hive could get interesting very quickly.

Hive is definitely a hidden gem! Which other projects do you like, and why?
