Words are powerful in every way. What we say can either make or mar but most times we let our emotions get the best of us and end up only regretting our actions later.

Working in the medical field requires a lot from those there and part of it is to be able to relate with patient’s emotions and know how to interact with them because almost everything that happens there is temporary and you don’t want to make a mistake you will forever regret.

Sometimes these medical personnels can get frustrated too but they try to still keep their cool and I respect them for that.
