I have heard a few of these kind of cases where unnecessary deadlines are drawn just to manipulate people into doing things especially when it comes to paper works. Let’s just hope it is not implicating because these people can be really funny sometimes.

Yeah it's the paper work that's also obnoxious. They make it way more cumbersome than it ever should be!
They obviously just want to make life hard for their workers, lol.
