RE: Why do people find it so difficult to learn and adopt crypto?

It has really perplexed me over the years as well. I think part of it is a lot of people don't want to be free. Have you ever heard about guys who don't want to leave the prison system? They become accustomed to that world and the outside world scares them.

I think the same is true for crypto. Just like it is hard to be an entrepreneur and most people prefer to have a job and a consistent paycheck. I would say crypto is like that.

Some people prefer to stay in the Matrix.

I think they are afraid of what they do not understand.
My mother still is afraid to do any e-banking for paying her bills and calls for my brother.
Especially older generations do not wish to start overthinking about things they do not feel confident with doing.
Younger generations have found ways to make more money (some illegal activities and semi-illegal) so some of them also dont care.
We are in unlisted territory and I am really excited but also scared to see whats next :)

It's true and I don't know how much of it is an age thing. My mom is always trying to look at paper maps to figure out how to get somewhere instead of putting it in the GPS.
