yeah. Chinese protect Chinese. The average citizen will not talk out.

Wouldn't their online communications be monitored? How much dissent is the CCP willing to tolerate from the population? While it would be fascinating to know what the average person thinks, they may not be at liberty to be so open with us.

Chinese living outside PRC should be able 2speak more freely, but even they do so @ major cost. W/ "Chinese police stations" found in cities such as NYC & SF, who knows how free those people can be? They exist, but will we hear from them?

100% true. In authoritarian regimes, at least they're honest @ not being "free" places. In places proclaiming themselves to be free, we're deceived into thinking we're free; sadly, that freedom is limited only most of us don't realize it.
