Overall negative.

By itself, birth control using "The Pill" is neutral. However, it's been used by many nations to the point of contributing to a birth rate less than the minimum needed to break even. National suicide becomes possible.

In addition to higher costs of living, unbridled hypergamy, and mRNA injections, birth control is definitely a contributing factor to population decline.

Don't forget indoctrinating youth and other susceptible individuals into accepting anti-human beliefs and ideas to the point of medically-endorsed mutilation. Overmedication is included in this, as well.
