If you save your pocket change, don't forget the small $1 coin and the half-dollar coins.
Also, if you find $0.10/$0.25/$0.50 from 1964 and earlier, you got yourself some silver. Even if you don't stack silver, that's spending money.
Who knows. If instead of turning on the money spigot they instead allow everything to come crashing down, silver may come in handy to exchange for rice and beans.
I'm more confident that will happen than cryptocurrency replacing fiat currency as we would like to see happen.
You may already know this, but here's a reminder to others: US $0.01 coins (cents) minted before 1982 are 95% copper.
If they don't print, we go into a deflationary collapse.
I guess it depends on if the people want to take their draconian CBDC replacement, or go with decentralized crypto instead.
My bet is on the latter.
That's why I working on growing my own food, so I can buy as many cheap miners in the bear as I can, lol. I can usually rack up on slightly older gear in a down trend and then throw it on some solar and boom, collecting coins!
Sounds like a good plan to me!
