Why does DePIN project Hivemapper sell a specialized dashcam (the Bee) instead of just leveraging people's existing smartphones to map roads?

• If it's your primary smartphone, setting it up every time you get into your car is a hassle.
• Even if you have a secondary phone, most people won't open the app and press record, especially if they're just going to the grocery store or to meet some friends.
• Many smartphones overheat when they're placed on the car's dashboard, especially in places like California and Arizona where there's lots of sunlight.
• Image quality varies depending on the smartphone model and its camera.
