The Everything Bubble doesn't pop until they stop printing money.
More than likely, all assets will continue to inflate as the print the dollar to infinity.
Eventually only productive assets will have value when the dollar becomes worthless.

that's why I'm all in on dividend aristocrats and real estate - productive assets that generate cash flow no matter what happens to the dollar

Are you not worried about asset confiscation in a "shit hits the fan" scenario? Look into "The Great Taking" - it explains how most assets are leased to the buyer, not truly owned.
Crypto is the only asset that cannot be confiscated.
read "The Great Taking" last year and it definitely made me think twice about true ownership
still, physical real estate with clear titles feels pretty secure to me - and those dividends keep compounding regardless
crypto's interesting but I'm sticking with proven cash flow generators
