As you rightly mention, these are universal rules for personal growth in general.
It is the most optimistic way and the only way to make our journey here on this earth enjoyable and truly worthwhile.
When we succeed in adapting all these principles of greatness to our lives we will be assured of having at the end of our days or when we die "a good death". And we will have left a positive legacy to our families, friends and why not to the new generations.
