Just thinking out loud here:

Since we've seen some volatility on both LEO & LSTR charts, I was thinking about hedging with SURGE a bit and using it to buy LEO & LSTR in case either one should drop more.

Just need to set the ask a tiny bit lower than LeoStrategy's ask, or take the bid...

You mean SURGE sell order? I think even when setting the price at 3.9999 HIVE, it should be filled in no time.

Ok, but in this case I'm only selling when I wanna go back to LEO or LSTR. When buying, I'm still able to buy at 4 HIVE fixed price. Plenty of still left

If you bought the SURGE that you're selling below 4 HIVE off the market, yeah, but I wouldn't sell SURGE I bought for 4 HIVE at any lower price at the moment

True, you would have to sell it with a tiny loss, like 3.9999 HIVE, but the the thing is, the yield it's been gathering, is more than enough to cover the loss. Also, you get discount LEO or LSTR, which surely increase a lot in value.

Did you already get paid some yield? You're actually right, that would definitely offset the tiny negative margin

No, not yet. It's once a week. Should be very soon.
