It still blows me away that the ska style of music is so much older than I thought it was. I thought it was just more recent with the whole big band revival and the bands that came out in the 90's. I think my favorite ska band is probably Save Ferris.

I didn't realize how long it had been around when I was younger, but it even predates reggae! Save Ferris are a great band, I haven't listened to them in awhile now. I'll have to add them to a playlist!
