Me to LOL 😉
I went out for a walk this morning, went by the port since its flat, a bit painful at times but not to bad and got my 10K steps in, was quite happy, my foot not so much when I took my shoes off LOL

Got a good walk in this morning, went by the port sinces its nice and flat, got 10K steps in and for the most part the foot was niggling but not to painful, but when I took my shoes off at home my foot let me know it wasnt to happy with me
