Usually what I do when I notice stuff like that is I pay the amount they charged us, but then I leave an extra large tip to make up for it. Especially if the server did a really good job of taking care of us. That at least puts the money in the hands of someone who needs it more than a corporate entity. Of course, tipping is more of a thing over here than it is other places, so it might not apply. I've never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse. They sound amazing though. We had one in the next town over, but it only lasted a year or two before it shut down.

Tips here are indeed more exception than common. And if there were tips here, those occasion did decrease here a lot by paying more and more digital.
So that wasn't an option anymore because I already left the restaurant. So would you go back in when you did notice this outside?
Hard to say. I'd have to be in the position I guess. I'd probably just leave, but who knows.
