Another week down, another step forward! And a pretty nice one at that!

🚀 Growth Overview

This week showed solid progress, mainly thanks to buying a bit of the dip, which paid off beautifully in both Hive Power and token growth. It would've been even better, but due to all the Hive Engine issues, apparently 50 of my ordered HIVE.SWAP got stuck at Beeswap. Hope to see them again soon! The HP chart keeps climbing, and I'm now standing strong at 13,395 HP, getting ever closer to that 15K goal.

🧠 This Week in Hive (and Chaos)

This week wasn’t all sunshine and curation rewards, it was another “keeping the ship afloat” kind of week. Yes. Again.
Hive-Engine continued throwing tantrums (also yes, again), and one of the payout scripts decided to join the rebellion. The culprit? A rate-limit bug paired with a massive payout load(lots of people love Alive it seems!). Still, most systems ran smooth, and the few hiccups were quickly fixed (I hope).

On the human side of things…

  • The overall busy life period continues, pulling time away from daily Hive posting and engagement.

  • Replying to comments, sadly, still lagging behind. I see them all, I appreciate every one of them, and I’ll get back when life gives me some breathing room.

  • Walking: also took a backseat (those daily kilometers aren’t walking themselves, apparently).

But hey, even when things get hectic, the witnesses stayed online, the bots kept tipping, and the stack kept growing.

🛠️ Dev & Witness Corner

  • Botlord Network: all witnesses humming along nicely again — including the Hive-Engine node, despite all its drama.

  • Payout scripts: under review to better handle large batch limits; it’s like training a toddler to share toys, slow progress, but we’ll get there.

  • Future plans: preparing some code updates and optimizations for smoother delegation payouts and better resource management.

🌧️ Real Life Update

Between work pressure, Hive-Engine storms, and life being... life, this week tested the limits of multitasking. But I'm still standing. Still coding. Still stacking. And as always, still believing in the long game Hive offers: slow, steady, and beautifully decentralized.

Here’s to better weeks ahead, less chaos, and more curation!

Congratulations on your very nice HP jump, my friend! I wish I had more investment liquidity to have been able to buy the HUGE dip! I past 14.000 HP last week, and I'll easily surpass 14,100 HP this week, so I may actually reach 15,000 HP before the end of the year without another boost. On the Alive-dividends front, HIVE is being consistently sent out successfully now, but as you've likely noticed, the payouts for the layer-2 tokens is still super spotty, but it is stable and mostly functional, so that's glorious! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Yup, saw your 14000HP line being crossed! Nice!! Very nice!! And indeed, your 15k HP goal is clearly in sight now!
Yeah, the liquidity issue when there are dips, a typical problem, and magnified x1000 for you of course…
For the Alive payouts, will try to look deeper into it again later this week if all works out well. It keeps hitting limits, but I need to find a way around them ;-)

Yep, investment liquidity is a bugger indeed, but I'm doing pretty well overall. I'll make another fiat investment soon, and I'll see where the price of HIVE is by that point.

All the ALIVE dividends, both HIVE and all the layer-2 tokens worked as intended today, and for Bradley too! Super congratulations on that, and thank you so much! Now we just need to bump up the amounts of the layer-2 tokens going out. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Sounds like a few good plans! :-) Both the fiat investment, and the bumping of the amounts :-) We'll look into it in the coming days, seeing how much the in- and outflow is exactly of each token, and adjust to it. Optimize the rewards for the folks!

Yep, I see that indeed. Hive Engine is being hit hard from multiple sides, with transaction attacks, which made the rate limits necessary, and with the DDOS attacks. Someone's trying to make Hive Engine go bye bye it would seem. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It seems like it indeed... And the attacks are very focused on known (tested?) weak spots.... Live and let live would be a nice thing, but nope, they just keep hitting it...

Yep, exactly, the attacks are multi-focus, and very well coordinated and efficient, which tells me that this is not just a few people, but a larger operation to cripple Hive. I sure hope that ways are devised to completely block these attack vectors. I would really love for live and let live be the motto here and everywhere. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
