Same here, trained Hapikdo 3 to even 5 days a week, for a little under 5 years (not always as intense). Lean, mean muscly fighting machine :-D
And miss it! Hapkido is brilliant indeed! But you need a really good trainer, not just one who is all about ego and fights.
