RE: A Midlife Wake-Up Call: My Dad’s Heart Disease and a Chilling Moment with My Sister

This must be a terribly difficult situation to bear, especially if you were close to your dad. I wish that my dad would listen to my pleas, to take better care of himself, but unfortunately we can't make others' choices...
But we CAN control ourselves. A crisis can often serve us a wake up call, and I think it's great you are taking your health into your hands.
My advice is to always listen to your gut -- in both senses! If something doesn't feel right, trust in yourself, even if professionals say otherwise. My thyroid tests/levels were coming back normal, despite me knowing for YEARS that I have an overactive thyroid. I started taking all vitamin B supplements for my metabolism -- it has helped tremendously. I have managed to gain 10 lbs. in nearly 2 months! 🙏
I wish you luck, and another piece, try not to stress out 🙇♀️ We never need to manifest more problems, so again, always trust your gut. And good luck! My thoughts are with you 🙏

Do vitamin B supplements work for thryroid scares? I may need to research more on that. There's no harm in taking a prophylactic supplements.
