I decided to place a Walmart grocery order. We needed food but it was -20 degrees Celcius, and I couldn't subject our children to such frigid temperatures. Before my husband went to work, I told him I was able to order everything except something for dinner.

Llegó la tarde, ¡y con ella, nuestro pedido! 😀🙏 ... I began putting everything away, thinking nothing of it. Flour, oats, chicken; normal things that my mother-in-law always buys. Although, I probably should have warned her that I was already buying eggs, so she didn't buy an extra pack... And Coca-Cola is a bit of an unusual choice for her...

I went into her room to ask, "Did you buy Coca-Cola?" "No, I didn't," she replied. I was confused... "Did you place a delivery order?" Again, no.

That's when it finally dawned on me: they had accidentally given us someone else's order! 😱

I looked for an identification sticker -- the name that was on the order -- but couldn't find one. I then called the store to inform them of the error. They told me that unfortunately, they wouldn't take it back due to their protocol (in case someone opens the food, spits in the food, leaves the food unrefridgerated, etc., Walmart is liable for any consequences).
