Elftober Day 19 – Sky Gazing with Pintle the Wanderer

Good day Hivers and friends,
This is Pintle the Wanderer, my new elf character for the Elftober drawing challenge with prompt: Sky Gazing.
I imagined Pintle as a gentle elf who loves taking alone walks through the woods, always stopping to admire his environment like the stars and the changing sky.
Here’s how I made this drawing:
I started with a quick sketch to get the pose right. I wanted Pintle to look curious but calm, just standing there and pointing at the moon as if talking to it.

Once I was happy with the sketch, I lined the drawing and chose warm colors for the background. I wanted that soft autumn light that feels both sleepy and golden.

For Pintle’s outfit I went with earth tones like green, brown, and a red hat. His blue shoes give a small pop of color, just enough to make him stand out against the background.

I drew just a few trees, plants, and stars enough to frame Pintle and the moon while keeping the focus on that peaceful moment of gazing the sky
And here is the finished drawing of Pintle the Wanderer, gazing at the moon and dreaming of magical places
