I am new and don't even know how I would onboard people. My account was set up for me by an experienced user who sent me my keys. So say I had someone on the hook to onboard how do I set them up top post and earn?

That's a good question and it's worrying that you didn't already found that information... Which means that we didn't do a good job... I suppose that the first step is to open an HIVE account, which you can find links here https://signup.hive.io/ (I hope that they are operative)... Also, users that have a couple of thousands of HivePower can open you free accounts too... ;)
