Favourite Movie of All time And a Tribute to Paul Walker
Basically I will say I'm a speed related fan kind of person. So any movie that has to do with race, police car chase just count me in. But my favorite movie of all time still remains fast and furious which happens to be a action packed movie that placed it focus on street racing, heists, and hive stakes adventures.
Fast and Furious has always raised up the bars when it comes to my favorite movie and also in terms of direction and everything involved in it.
My best part of the fast and furious franchise is fast five where movie is set in Brazil, where the runaway convict Dominic Toretto is chased down by the DSS. With a job gone wrong in Brazil, he forces a clash with the biggest criminal in Rio de Janeiro (Hernan Reyes) by stealing a data chip that contains his money laundering database. The story is about how Dom assembles a team of his own and executes a heist to bring down Reyes, and about how it coincides with the DSS team led by Dwayne Johnson on the hunt for Dom.
It is an extremely engaging and entertaining movie with a lot of adrenaline pumping moments filled in it, making it the best package delivered by the Fast and Furious team.
Secret behind the success of this entire franchise is director and his entire team. This series is nothing without the great production management. And when it comes to universal production house, then nobody comes closer to them.
They handle things so well that a person working there couldn’t even feel like working. Its more like a park where you just strolling around, having fun and making history.
It is very difficult to turn a $250 Million budget movie to generate $1.16 Billion, and that is how it goes.
Tribute to Paul Walker in the end of Furious 7
In the final scene, Dominic leaves town without saying goodbye to Brian. Brain pulls up to Dominic's car,"Hey, you thought you could leave without saying goodbye?"
The two begin to drive, side-by-side, and Dominic begins speaking in voice-over: "I used to say I live life a quarter-mile at a time. And that's why we were brothers. Because you did, too."
Then follows a tear jerking montage of Walker's work in the first six Furious films with Dominic's voice, "No matter where you are, whether it's a quarter mile away or halfway around the world, you will always be with me and you will always be my brother".
They come upon a gentle fork in the road, Brain's car drifting to the left, Dominic's staying on the main route. The camera pans up to the sun, and the screen goes blindingly white, with two words flashing onscreen ,
"For Paul"
Despite his unfortunate death, they were able to finish the movie, and the end was similar to the first movie's. The message of the characters for each other, was also like a message for the actors to a fellow actor. It was a very emotionally ending for a great action movie.
