A pleasant day, y'all amazing people!
Taken last summer on a road trip, let's take a virtual tour back to the rocky mountains of Snowbird, located in Utah, USA. These were taken while passing through going to Salt Lake, Utah, and you can see from a distance the magnificence of the mountains while on the road. I remember posting a short video of this gorgeous landscape over a month ago, but for those who have not seen it, here are more photos for you.
Snowbird is famous for the abundance of light, dry Wasatch powder that falls on steep terrain that is perfect for snowboarders. There's not a lot of snow in the photos, as they were taken in the spring, close to the summer season. You can take the cable car all the way up to the top if you happen to visit the resort mountain. It’s packed with skiers going up and quiet on the way down. It does have amazing views of the mountains and surrounding area, and I just thought I'd share them. It is worth visiting. I am posting this as my entry to @photofeed's Landscape Photography Round 45.
