A Century-Old Municipal Building Of The North

San Juan, La Union Municipal Hall

Good evening, amazing people, or good morning, depending on where you are. It's past midnight here, and I'm just stopping by to participate in @photofeed's Black & White Photography Challenge Round 49.

I had to go to town to run some errands, and my first stop was at the municipal hall, which is located here in San Juan, La Union, Philippines. I just needed to pay some utilities. After paying my responsibilities, I had to go to the public market to get some stuff needed in the house. The market is just a few blocks away from the municipal hall, and I happened to take one photo of the back office. I thought the building was cool in its natural vintage brick colors, but I was curious how it looked in monochrome. It actually did not disappoint me. This building is a century old, and it is nice to see that they were able to maintain its vintage look. There were a few changes made to the building when it came to painting and stuff, but its original 1900 look is still preserved up to this time. I just thought I'd share it.
