Vor vielen vielen Jahren bin ich per Zufall (oder war es doch kein Zufall?) in der Stadtbücherei auf diese Buch gestossen. Ich habe es nie wirklich zu Ende gelesen, muss aber immer wieder an dieses Buch denken.
Was fällt dir spontan ein, welche Farben siehst du vor deinem Auge, wenn ich dir sage: Denke jetzt nicht an blau!
Unser Gehirn schlägt uns manchmal ein Schnippchen und es ist gar nicht so einfach, das zu vermeiden. Oft denken wir: Das will ich auf gar keinen Fall machen. Und was passiert dann? Weil wir das immer und immer wieder denken, bewegen wir uns unwillkürlich genau in diese Richtung, in die wir eigentlich nicht gehen wollen.
