Haven't you decided where to go this summer? Summer has ended, or is it? Come with me and my family to join our summer adventure here in one of the many resorts in Pontevedra Negros Occidental, the Royal Villa Beach Resort!
From our place in Minoyan Murcia, we traveled for almost 2 hours to get here in Pontevedra using our private tricycle. We traveled early and closed our bakery temporarily to maximize our time and enjoy our day. My parents and some of our workers deserved this because they work really hard every day just to keep our business thriving.
Royal Villa Beach Resort
My parents once visited this resort, but they just took a peek inside it. It happens that we once had a worker who lives near this area and my parents once visited that person and then she introduced this place.
Directory
From the entrance, you'll be paying the entrance fee of 50 pesos per head. A Resort personnel will guide you to whichever cottage, villas, or any other available facilities and areas.
The Resort has an available parking area, a canteen, a swimming pool, different types of rooms, canopy area, tables and chairs, and comfort rooms.
These are some of the available rooms and villas which I personally find peaceful and quiet. Some of these offer a perfect view of the ocean because of the tinted glass doors.
Swimming Pool
This is a picture-perfect area and my second favorite spot on this resort. It has a nice view of the ocean together with the heart. My phone wasn't able to capture the best shot because of sunlight, but it was totally a nice spot in person!
Simply view of the ocean itself was so refreshing! Just stop for a moment, look around, listen to the waves splashing on the shore, and just be thankful for being alive to experience this kind of moment.
The water was calm at first when we arrived, but it it became windy afterwards ,making the waves go wild! We enjoyed the huge continuous waves coming at us. The water splash reached our cottage because the waves are high!
Look at this cute little moment of my sister, mom, and dad while swimming. I suddenly remembered the cartoon "We bare bears" while doing their pose hahaha
These are the cottages which ranges from 400 pesos to 900 pesos depending on the size.
These shots were taken with a camera feature of my phone. I took the opportunity to take some photos while grilling some delicious meat!
Pansit + bread + light beer + ocean view = Perfection.
My mother bought some crabs from one of the vendors who catch some fresh seafood. It is her favorite seafood, and she loves the freshness of those crabs!
We really enjoyed everything that day. I am glad to see my family having a great time. I am looking forward to experiencing more adventures like this with my family and, of course, with my loving partner @breepickledoodle.
