Yes...it's true...they are very good in terms of pest control...many a kitchen garden is planted out with the Marigolds outlining the perimeter.
Such beautiful photographs of the Marigold plant...at just the right time.

I remember how my friends, neighbors on my plot climbed their trees and destroyed buds affected by whitefly... they ignored the marigolds, preferring to climb the tops of the trees :)
