(writing content story #34) When I opened my grandma's music box

When growing up we will always go for holidays at my grandma's house, she has this old music box that she treasures alot, she will always tell us storys of how she meet our grandpa because of that music box, and it was very fun, she let us play outside unlike our parents, who wont let us play outside at all for security purposes.

Buh as for my grandma she believes that kids should be allowed to play with fire most times, so the can learn from there own mistakes, indeed we learnt alot of things in a very hard and painful way.

I and my sister Really loved our grandma place alot, cause at our grandma's place we are just us, buh at our house we try our best to act perfectly to avoid being grounded.

One day i couldn't go out to play with, my sister and other neighbors children, cause i wasn't feeling very well, my grandma wants around, so i claimed a chair in other to get access to my grandma's music box, i wanted to know what it sounded like.

When I opened my Grandmas music box it played a tune ive never heard, the music was slow, peaceful and very calm, she rushed inside from the kitchen immediately she heard the sound of the music, i thought she will scold me, buh she started dancing to the tune and i danceed with her.

After that she broke down in tears and told me that the music was the only track she had left of our grandpa who dead when my mom was just 10, and since than she has kept it safe and its been more than 17 years she played the song.

Since than we regularly started playing the song and my song, we went home and started singing the song to and our parents joined us in singing to, it was the most beautiful moments of our life, since than the music has been leaving rent free in our head.
