4 Losses On The Trot For Spurs
It's been a dreadful run in. Playing Arsenal , Liverpool , Chelsea and Newcastle in a short space of time did not help. Man City are the only top club left to play but then we have Burnley fighting for their lives and already relegated Sheffield United who are sipping cocktails on the beach in their minds so they should be easy enough.
Spurs are in a quandary. Beat Man City and hand Arsenal the title. Lose to Man City and throw away any last remnants of a top 4 place. Let us not forget. Villa a re notorious bottlers at the end of the season and the defeat to Brighton has them rattled before a trip to Liverpool. But there is an easier solution to this problem. No matter how well Spurs play, we will not beat Man City. We are just not good enough. We are playing Emereson Royal as a makeshift left back who I am not sure how he ever made it to the top level in football. Athlete yes , maybe. Footballer no. It was his addition against Liverpool that cost us the game. Spurs had been off form lately but we actually did not start too bad against the reds at Anfield. It was Emerson taht left Salah to his own devices running in behind him. Emerson gave a little look once but a split second later Salah was gone and Emerson was puniched. Second goal was another mistake and Liverpool were targeting the Brazilian defender. Before we knew it we were 4 nil down. Ange brought on an out of favour Maddison and Richarlison with Los Celso to get back into it which we did but it was too late. Going 4 goals down at Anfield is a step too far to come back from and Spurs got their 4th defeat in a row. Thankfully we have Burnley next but I think Burnley will fancy playing us now as we look to have lost our swagger. Well the swagger is long since gone and Ange's honeymoon period is well and truly over. We now have to look forward to next season when Spurs do an overhaul of their squad. Players have to be moved on. Something that Tottenham are finding very hard to do. We still have Ndombele , Reguilan , Tananga on our books. That is the thing about selling players. If they don't perform we can't sell them . They are on Premiership contracts so they will not take a pay cut so we have to loan them out until their contract expires. Players contracts are some of the most water tight contracts in any industry so shifting them on is tough going. The best clubs shift on players just off their peak. Take Cancelo at Man City for example. A small dip in form and he was out the door for big money. I can see Liverpool cashing in on Salah this summer as well. You don't want to end up in a Casemiro situation where he has 4 years left on his contract and his legs are gone.
This is why I think Ange should move on Sonny. He has not performed now for 2 or 3 years. He got Conte the sack. He cannot play through the middle so he is not a striker and he doesn't have the pace to take on anyone on the left wing. He gets a few goals and they are masking over his poor performances. Also being captain and churning out disasterclasses will only go so far. The problem with Sonny is he is Tottenham's cash cow. He sells 1000 Spurs shirts every home game and half the stadium is Korean tourists wanting to see their star. Levy will not want to lose this income stream so he will not sell him. But talks on a contract renewal are ongoing. Tottenham have to be ruthless this summer. Ange has done this before. Got rid of the players that don't fit his system and there are alot. Hojbjerg, Emerson , Gil , Parrott, Sessegnon, Richarlison and Skipp are rumoured to be up for sale. If he is really cut throat he will offload Kuluevski, Bentancur , Los Celso , Bissouma , Davies and get in players that will play his system. Now this is half his team but it needs to start this summer and the new DOF Lange has alot on his plate.
The club need to back the manager now and not air on the side of caution. Mourinho was not backed. Conte was a little but he did not get who he wanted. Ange was backed more but the club need to double down now and make this a proper project. The club is great at investing in F1 circuits, Hotels , Cinemas, Concerts in the stadium, rugby finals etc but this year it is time we start bearing the fruits of our labours. Our FFP stats are some of the best in the country so rumour has it we will raid the clubs that are struggling for their players as it is quicker and easier to do a deal with them, Happy days as clubs like Everton , Wolves , Palace all have to come in on target. Foreign clubs who need an inflow of funds like Barcelona are clubs we will be dealing with as well. Rumour has it there has been lots of work done behind the scenes and we have a Champions League budget or a Europa League budget. Also Don Fabio Paratici is operating and consulting behind the scenes for us . This guy gave us Vicario , Udogie , Sarr so he is cooking. And we have already a couple of youngsters loaned back to their home club to come in next season.
We have not seen Angeball in quite a while so I look forward to this again. The start of the season was great but we ran out of steam in the end. If you gave me 5th at the start of the season I would have bite your hand off. Especially when Kane is gone. Kane may be in a Champions League Final by tomorrow night and I am happy for him and Eric Dier. They deserve it especially Kane. I hope they win it now.
With Klopp gone, Arsenal under FFP watch next year. Chelsea , Newcastle on the up. United on the down, next season will be excellent. We have the European Championship and the Olympics in the summer which is a nice treat considering no football.
Tottenham...
The ostriches looking like turkey's nowadays 😂😂😂😞
Really hoped y'all would slow down arsenal...
Now I don't want you to lose to mancity but I don't want arsenal to win the league...

Greetings.
Hehe, okay the issue is some Arsenal beef hun?
Anyways you now see why I told you previously that you were just unnecessarily making an issue out of that defeat by Villa.
THIS IS ARSENAL.
Cheers
Kikiki hi bro,
Your usual mini-segment on Arsenal is absent today.
It's as if even Kane carried some Tottenham trophyless things to Germany.
Anyways let's be friends for Man City please.🙂

It's great the way Arsenals title hopes still rely on Tottenham @ogeewitty don't you think!!
Nope sent same plea to Fulham actually. Don't take a joke so seriously, you should know you guys aren't that relevant. Please queue up behind the best and learn a thing or two.
I didn't even know you went as far as making disparing statements about Rice because of Bissuoma. The notification is in your inbox from the guy– "Arsenal4life" or maybe I should @
