Seek clarity in your business professionality
Most of the people you know are confused but cover their confusion with determination. When they pick up an activity, they try to do it with all vigor as a symbol that they know what they are doing. It's very possible that out of 10 people you know, only 1% are clear about their actions. This is where many people miss it. Clarity or being clear is not knowing that you want to make money, be financially free, and starting a business. Clarity is not knowing that at age 25, you want to marry and thereby indulge in opposite-sex relationships. Clarity is not knowing that to make sales on social media, you need to be active on social media and as such, you continue to post day and night. That's not clarity. They look like clarity but are not. They seem like a person doing all that is clear about the purpose, but most likely, they are distractions disguising as clarity, especially when the person involved is showing great signs of determination.
Over the past 10 years, I've spoken to a lot of people whom ordinarily many people thought knew what they were doing only to find out that they live in trial and error. When they come across superior knowledge, they are often willing to submit and be honest with their lives. Even if they are not honest 100%, with superior knowledge, you can easily see the darkness in their smiles. Sometime ago, someone approached me to teach me how to make $500 daily. I declined after going through the person's profile. Few months along the line, we ran into each other at an eatery where he came to buy food. He forgot that he had exhausted the money in his account and couldn't pay for his food. At the verge of being embarrassed, my almost other half intervened and assisted. Upon a second look, I recognized this fine gentleman. "You're xxxx on Facebook. I'm Blacktari. You had approached me 4 months ago to teach me how to make xxxx."
"Boss, nah so we dey carry survive," he said. Wow! This same dude with plenty followers and has mentees. What was he mentoring them on? Apparently, he was doing what he sees other 'Oga-s' doing, yet, presumably, those looking up to him think he knows the way of life to life and follow him hook, line, and sinker. Most of the people you know are confused but cover their confusion with determination. One of the hardest part of leadership is that those whom people look up to hardly admit that they don't know. They would rather pride in ignorance than be vulnerable to their followers. And near success syndrome crowns their ignorance with a lot of confidence. When they keep doing the most they think they know and see a brim of success, boooooom! They preserve. They tighten their grip and become even more determined in ignorance. Once they struggle and eventually make xxxx, they presume, oh! Maybe if I do it more I'll get more. It seems like the truth. New you have to pause for a little to ask yourself:
1. Do you assume that you know, or do you know that you know?
2. How do you know that you know?
3. Do you base your knowledge of knowing on small minds?
4. Is your knowing permeated by the thickness of ignorance in your present environment?
Think. This is where many people miss it. Clarity or being clear is not knowing that you want to make more, be financially free, and starting a business. Think. Keep thinking. Think again. I want you to jot down your thoughts. Do you assume that you know, or do you know that you know? How do you know that you know?
