Investing in the real estate business

In 2023, my mom and I withdrew some money in my future children fund wallet (account) and bought a property with it in hopes for a sweet and better future for them when I'm ready to bring them to the world. We agreed not to tell them that they have a property of their own until each of them clocks 18. By the time they are 18 each, that property would be worth nothing less than a billion naira. I’m talking about 18+ years from now. I’m sure of that because we chose an emerging location for them first real estate investment at the age of 0 months. Some of my friends at the other hand have tried stopping me due to the fact that getting involved with having children will involve having a partner and they might rather have a say but this I believe is something a prospective partner will appreciate.

It is actually very clear and I will explain to you why I said you should do this for your kids. Most parents squandered all the money their children were gifted in the name of “Na me carry you for 9 months.” If you are that type of parent or parents to be, repeat this after me, “You spirit of entitlement, d!e by fire.” Say it 7 times and begin to clap your hands. Haha just joking. I tell you this, in this 2024, I hope you don’t just save but rather invest it. I know all of this Decisions are not easy but for a better life, it is worth the sacrifice. Get real estate in their name if possible. This might not actually ring so much bell to the single people out there that are not yet involved in any sort of relationship but I'm here to tell you that I'm as well in that category and still making a space for the future so yes you can as well.

Whether it’s in Lagos, Abuja, PH, or Enugu etc, you can get safe and affordable properties. Dear parents, as you plan your own future, also plan the future of your children. I have made a publication here about my plans and goals for the year and that didn't specify my off-hive goals and to be frank I have a lot of things to achieve in this 2024 and I have already draft out my plans for 2025 if proper decision is being taken in 2024 which will be because I'm putting in my all to it. To make it all clear especially for the ones that does not live in the country I am that does not understand places I just mentioned above, it doesn't matter the country has more shares you believe it will be profitable in the real estate world then I will advise you take an advantage of it.

In 2023 as I've explained in one of my publications, I had a lot of activities going on and a program of one year internship going on which didn't give me the quality time needed to balance my activities but you know as much as it was very much hard for me to handle and everything being couple of together I was still able to pick out some important things and thank God I was able to achieve somethings before the end of the year which I am as well grateful to God and I am thankful to myself as well for the hard work I put In to achieving all of that. Just Do Something. This entire storyline is just about one out of my many achievements so far and it doesn't really have to be investing in your future children portfolio at first because I have actually made some other investments before this very one and this is not the very last one I pray as I work hard towards achieving more.
