Welcome folks, I guess I am doing a post after all, going through a really rough patch and I really don't want to get into it,

I just came out of my Sauna thanks to them kids, or I would just be getting crispy

Anyway enough of that I have not been too active and did not do much today, but I guess it is all relative and still a lot in comparison to some folks... yeah maybe I shouldn't have made this post after all but I guess I already committed.

I did not put out much today just one video, worked a little on the new music video and cleaned up a bit, my appetite and stomach is being all strange so I did not eat much but still tried so I ain't got much energy, Just gonna go to bed and hope for a better day tomorrow
